Beautifully Fun Behind-The-Scenes Footage of Robin Williams on The Set of HOOK
Last week I shared an article focusing on Steven Spielberg and how he was ultimately unhappy with his 1991 Peter Pan film Hook. Now, while he didn’t like it, fans like myself love the movie! It’s such a wonderfully heartfelt and inspirational film that resonates with me even more now as an adult.
Anyway, after I wrote that article I started looking around for some behind-the-scenes videos from the set of the film because I was just curious to see Spielberg and Robin Williams at work making the movie. Well, I came across this video featuring some footage of Williams, Spielberg, and more in the process of making the film, and I won’t lie, the video got me all stupidly emotional!
Just watching Williams work and joke around on set was such a beautiful thing to see. I had never seen this footage before and it just melted my heart and the nostalgic aspect of the film just started popping off in my brain. He was just so damn funny and you could tell everyone freakin’ loved him!
Damn… I miss Robin Williams. It’s so freakin’ sad that we don’t get to watch him make movies anymore. I hope that you enjoy this video.
