THE WHEEL OF TIME Promo Video Offers a Season 1 Recap and Season 2 Sneak Peak
Amazon Prime Video has released a promo video for its epic fantasy series The Wheel of Time. The video offers a brief recap of the first season and then offers fans a sneak peek at what’s coming in Season 2. This promo was recently screened at New York Comic-Con.
Season 1 of this series was pretty fantastic and I’ve been looking forward to watching the story unfold over the course of season two. Rosamund Pike stars as Moiraine and she’s joined by Josha Stradowski as Rand al'Thor, Marcus Rutherford as Perrin Aybara, Zoë Robins as Nynaeve, Sophie Okonedo as Siuan Sanche, Barney Harris as Mat Cauthon, Madeleine Madden as Egwene Al'Vere, Kae Alexander as Min Farshaw, Miguel Alvarez as King of Ghealdan, Naana Agyei Ampadu as Danya, Daniel Henney as al'Lan Mandragoran, Michael McElhatton as Tam Al'Thor, and more.
In The Wheel of Time, “The lives of five young villagers change forever when a strange and powerful woman arrives, claiming one of them is the child of an ancient prophecy with the power to tip the balance between Light and Dark forever. They must choose whether to trust this stranger – and each other – with the fate of the world before the Dark One breaks out of His prison, and the Last Battle begins.”
There’s no release date for The Wheel of Time Season 2, but a third season is already in the works!
