Pendulum Monsters are Getting a New Theme with TACTICAL MASTER Booster Set for YU-GI-OH! TCG Launching This Spring

Konami recently unveiled the new Forbidden & Limited list for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG and it seemed to give Pendulum decks a bit of a boost. Part of the reason for that may have to do with the recently announced booster set releasing called Tactical Masters. Releasing on June 10 with an MSRP of $4.19 per pack (7 cards each with 1 foil guaranteed), Tactical Masters is a 60-card set bringing 3 new strategies to the table. One of the new themes involves changing your own Pendulum Monsters from Spells into Monsters and also changing your opponent’s Monsters into Spells. Another theme (I think it’s a second theme at least. It’s a little unclear) is on that simply states:
Welcome your opponent’s monsters to a labyrinth full of pitfalls! Perils, known and unknown, await in this new theme!
My first thought is Labyrinth Wall and Shadow Ghoul from the Paradox Brothers. Could we be getting retrains of these fan-favorite cards? Tactical Masters will also feature some reprints as is common in these sets and 15 of the cards from the set will be available as Collector’s Rares. Sadly, that’s roughly all we know.
