Olivia Cooke Has Signed on to Star Opposite John Boyega in Heist Film A NAKED SINGULARITY

Olivia Cooke (Bates Motel, Ready Player One) is the latest to be cast in the Chase Palmer (It writer) directed heist film A Naked Singularity. The screenplay is being written by David Matthews, and will be produced by Scott Free Productions.

Cooke joins the already cast John Boyega (Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Pacific Rim: Uprising). Deadline reports the following synopsis for the movie:

The story centers on an idealistic young New York City public defender burned out by the system and in the middle of a mental breakdown. Seeing signs of the universe collapsing around him, he gets suspended and decides to rob a $75M drug deal off one of his clients.

Cooke and Boyega are fantastic actors, and I think this movie sounds super intense and crazy, so I’m excited to see it! A Naked Singularity is currently in pre-production. We will let you know when we hear more casting news, when we get a trailer, and when it’s expected to come out as soon as we hear.
