Netflix is Coming To E3 This Year To Make Some Video Game Announcements

E3 is a little more than a month away, and it looks like Netflix is going to have a panel! We’re used to seeing the big three — Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony — at the big convention, but with Sony not going this year, there’s a big hole. That hole will be filled by Netflix

That’s right, the video streaming service will have a panel at the biggest gaming convention of the year. I don’t think we’re going to be struggling to see more content.

Netflix’s involvement with E3 was teased in some posts on Twitter and that led to the official announcement:

Clearly Netflix is going to try to up their game by introducing more games based on their original content, but will that work?

Personally, I think a Voltron: Legendary Defender game could be fun, and a Dragon Prince game has potential. I do wish they would focus more on developing more solid original content before branching into other mediums.

What do you think they’ll show off?
